Picnic hampers

 

We offer picnic hamper style dinners at La Grande Noe rather than formal dining. The hampers consist of excellent, fresh local produce, served cold, prepared mostly by us.

Pastries, desserts and bread come from "Deal" bakers at Longny, vegetables and cheeses from local markets.

Our menus change regularly.

 

 

 

Your dinner is delivered to your tree and attached to a pulley allowing you the pleasure of pulling it up and eating on your terrasse or in your treehouse!

 

 

We have a good selection of drinks to accompany your meal. A lot of research has gone into finding these.

• For champagne, try our family favourite. A small manufacturer of fine champagne and very reasonably priced.
• For red, rosé and white wine, we offer organic! 
• The cider is made from the apples of the organic orchards of the "maison Ferre" A fine local cider you will struggle hard to find.
• The "Coule Douce" (it means "to take it easy") beer is brewed some 5km from us, on a lovely friendly site that you can access driving, or walking if you fancy strolling in our green countryside!
• Our own apple juice is equally as good, unfiltered and of course organic. You will enjoy some also for your breakfast.
